At Synoria.ai, we strive to provide the best AI-powered voice agent experience. We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to ensure a fair and transparent process for cancellations and refunds. Please review the policy below carefully before making a purchase.
1. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of any order is applicable to any of the subscription packages (Annual or Lifetime) within 15 days from the date of purchase or renewal.
- You may request cancellation of your subscription within 15 days of the original purchase date or the most recent renewal date.
- To cancel, please contact our support team at hello@synoria.ai with your registered email address and order details.
- Cancellation requests made after the 15-day window will not be eligible for a refund, and the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
2. Refund Policy
Since Synoria.ai is an AI-powered product, refunds are subject to the following conditions:
Eligible Refund Amount
Only the product subscription cost is eligible for refund. Any AI credits consumed during the usage period will be deducted from the refund amount.
Credit Cost Deduction
The cost of AI credits used during your subscription period will be calculated and deducted from the total refund amount. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
Refund = Product Cost − Credits Used
The refundable amount is calculated as the original product cost minus the total value of AI credits consumed during active usage.
3. Refund Timeframe
- Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of the purchase date or the most recent renewal date.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
- Refund requests made after the 15-day period will not be entertained under any circumstances.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:
- AI credits that have already been consumed or used.
- Subscriptions cancelled after the 15-day refund window.
- Any add-on services or one-time purchases made separately.
